How is Price Determined
There are 5 primary factors that go into pricing each project:

- Location

Location of the project, amount of fencing required, and zoning permits also need to be acquired for each fencing project and so it is impossible to set an exact, universal price. As in with most building material, the more you need the better the price. If your project is less than 500 linear feet, it will be difficult to provide competitive pricing. In the PermaWall concrete finishes available, the Sand finish is the lowest price followed by Stacked Stone then Traditional Brick. There is only a modest price difference between finishes, but the shipping cost is slightly higher with the Sand and Traditional Brick because they are thicker and heavier with larger footers. PermaFence which is lower in price than PermaWall by $12-$15 per linear foot.
