How does pricing work for remote or distant locations?
Project pricing accounts for material costs, engineering, and logistics including transport and crew travel. For projects in high-volume markets (like Florida or Texas), we often have scheduled mobilizations that reduce those costs. For more remote projects, we’ll provide an honest breakdown so you can evaluate the full scope. In most cases, the speed advantage of precast over poured-in-place concrete more than offsets any logistics premium.
Do you handle permitting in states where you haven't worked before?
Yes. Our engineering team prepares PE-stamped drawings, submittal packages, and calculation sets formatted for local building department review. Every jurisdiction is different, but our experience across dozens of states means we understand the typical requirements and can work through unfamiliar permitting offices efficiently.
Which wall systems are available nationwide vs. regionally?
All 19+ of our precast wall system types are available nationwide, including ballistic walls, BESS walls, data center enclosures, sound walls, noise barriers, hurricane walls, retaining walls, security perimeter systems, and HOA boundary walls. Certain systems — like our hurricane-rated walls — are particularly common in coastal Southeast markets, while ballistic and substation walls are in higher demand in Texas and Oklahoma. But they’re all available wherever your project is.
Can we get materials only, without installation?
Yes. We offer a materials-only option for contractors and project teams that have their own installation capability. You get the same engineered Permacast panels with technical support documentation — your crew handles placement. This is a common arrangement for general contractors in markets where they have established crews and prefer to manage installation directly.
