The Vermeer Southeast project involved constructing a new sales and service facility for an equipment dealer specializing in skid steers, directional boring machines, stump grinders, and chippers. Permacast Walls installed a stacked precast concrete wall acting as both a retaining barrier and privacy screen, with a 3-foot-high sand-textured lower section holding back soil and a 6-foot-high stacked stone upper section for visual appeal. The standard post and panel design spanned 696 feet, using 8.5″ x 14″ columns and 4-inch-thick panels with a flat cap, navigating grade changes, underground utilities like storm drains, and security needs. The project ensured efficient assembly of equipment for sale, with the walls providing secure, low-maintenance protection.
